Hydraulic heavy metal shear baler scrap cars press baling shear  is suitable for the steel plants, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous metal smelting industry to compress metal scrap(steel parings, waste steel, waste copper & aluminum, waste stainless steel, scrap from discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges of cuboids, , so as to reduce the cost of transportation & smelting, to speed up furnace charging.then cut the bale after baled into pieces.

This machine use high pressure Hydraulic drive,with PLC control and make sure the safety .
the cover door use hydraulic locked gate ensures more convenient operation, unique double-cutting design of cutters improves the cutting efficiency and lengthens the lifespan of the cutters.
The Bale-discharging:"turn-out",big square metal cutting shearer equiped. and Big enough pressing room to feed large size scrap.
We make it can be adjustable bale size and weight to meet customer’s requirement. The bale length and weight can be set arbitrarily, Also the bale size and voltage can be customized according to customers' reasonable requirements. Bales weight depends on different materials
