Finally, the strapping process begins. The operator needs to manually or automatically thread the strapping tape or wire through the specific slots on the bale and secure it tightly. After packaging is complete, the unpacking mechanism is activated, and the formed cardboard bales are pushed out of the material bin, awaiting transfer. Throughout the entire process, safety is the top priority. Operators should stay away from moving parts, never put their hands into the compression chamber, and perform regular maintenance on the equipment.
