How To Use a Waste Paper Baling Machine?

Proper, safe, and efficient operation of waste paper baling machine is crucial for ensuring stable equipment operation, extending service life, and guaranteeing personnel safety. Even a powerful baler, if used improperly, will not only fail to perform effectively but may also cause malfunctions or even accidents.
Standard operating procedures typically follow these steps: First, preparation. Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with the equipment structure, control panel, and emergency stop device location. Before starting, a routine check should be performed, including checking the hydraulic oil level, power lines, and the proper functioning of all moving parts, and removing any foreign objects from the worktable and material hopper. Second, startup and preheating. After connecting the power, allow the hydraulic system to run unloaded for a few minutes to gradually raise the oil temperature to the normal operating range. The core baling process includes: evenly feeding loose waste paper into the baler’s hopper; when the material reaches the preset capacity or height, pressing the compression button (or automatic sensor start) will forcefully compress the waste paper under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder. After one compression, more waste paper can be added for multiple compressions to achieve higher density. Finally, when the bale size meets the requirements, use a threading device or automatic strapping machine to bundle the bale (usually using steel wire or plastic strapping), then push the bale out to complete one work cycle.
Safety awareness is paramount throughout the entire operation. Never insert hands, tools, or other foreign objects into the compression chamber; pay attention to abnormal noise, vibration, or excessively high oil temperature during equipment operation; perform regular maintenance, such as changing hydraulic oil and filters, tightening bolts, and lubricating guide rails. For automated models, familiarity with the PLC control panel parameter settings and the identification of simple fault codes is also necessary. Proper use combined with meticulous maintenance is the only way to ensure the waste paper baler continues to generate value.
