Automatic Waste Paper Baler Operation Instructions and Precautions
I. Operation Instructions
1. Pre-start Inspection
Confirm that the power supply, hydraulic system, and sensor connections are normal, with no oil leaks or damaged wiring.
Check that there are no obstructions around the equipment, and that the conveyor belt and pressing hopper are free of foreign objects.
Confirm that the control panel parameter settings meet the requirements of the current baling material (pressure value is usually 15-25MPa).
2. Operation
After starting the equipment, run it unloaded for 3 minutes, observing the operating status of each component.
Feed waste paper evenly, with a single feed amount not exceeding 80% of the rated capacity (generally 500-800kg).
Monitor the pressure gauge reading; do not exceed the equipment’s maximum rated pressure value.
3. Shutdown Procedure
After baling is complete, empty the hopper and perform 3 air compression cycles to release system pressure.
Before turning off the main power, ensure that the pressing plate is reset to its initial position.

II. Precautions
1. Safety Protection
Operators must wear protective gloves and goggles. Loose clothing is strictly prohibited near transmission parts.
1. Prohibition of Limb Insertion into the Compression Chamber During Equipment Operation:The emergency stop button must remain in the triggerable position.
2. Equipment Maintenance:Clean any paper scraps remaining on the guide rails and hydraulic rods after each workday. Replenish anti-wear hydraulic oil weekly.
Regularly inspect the cylinder seals (recommended replacement every 3 months). Add high-temperature grease to the main motor bearings every six months.
3. Abnormal Handling:Immediately stop the machine and inspect it if abnormal noises occur or the oil temperature exceeds 65℃.
For material jamming, disconnect the power supply and use tools to clear the jam; do not forcibly start the equipment.
4. Environmental Requirements:Keep the work area well-ventilated and dry, with humidity not exceeding 70%. Avoid contaminating waste paper with metal debris.
This specification covers all key operational points of the equipment. Standardized operation can improve equipment efficiency by 30% and reduce the failure rate by 60%. Operators must be trained and pass an assessment before operating the equipment.
