Precautions for NKBALER Fully Automatic Waste Paper Baler

Waste paper balers are core equipment in industries such as waste recycling and paper mills. Proper operation and maintenance directly affect the equipment’s lifespan, safety, and production efficiency. The following are key precautions for using the NKBALER fully automatic waste paper baler, explained in detail below:
I. Pre-operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection
Check that the hydraulic oil level and lubricating oil level are sufficient and that the oil is clean.
Confirm that consumables such as baling straps and steel wire are sufficient and undamaged or deformed.
Check that the electrical system (such as motors, switches, and wiring) is normal and that there is no risk of leakage.
Clean any residual debris inside the equipment to prevent jamming or damage to components.
Safety Protection
Operators must wear protective equipment (safety helmet, protective gloves, and non-slip shoes).
Ensure that there are no unauthorized personnel around the equipment and set up warning signs.
Check that the emergency stop button, safety doors, and other protective devices are sensitive.
II. Operating Procedures
Material Feeding
Avoid feeding too much material at once to prevent overloading.
Do not mix metal, stones, or other hard objects into the waste paper to avoid damaging the baler.
The material should be evenly distributed to avoid uneven pressure caused by localized accumulation.
Pressure Control: Adjust the packing pressure according to the material type to avoid excessive pressure damaging the equipment or insufficient pressure causing incomplete packing. Prolonged unloaded pressurization is prohibited to prevent overheating of the hydraulic system.
Bag Strapping and Unpacking: Ensure the strapping or wire tension is appropriate during strapping to prevent breakage or loosening. Observe the unpacking port carefully during unpacking to prevent material jamming or splashing.
III. Maintenance and Care: Daily Maintenance:

Clean dust and oil stains from the equipment surface daily to maintain cleanliness.
Check the hydraulic and electrical systems for oil and electrical leaks. Regularly lubricate key components (such as bearings, chains, and gears).
Regular Maintenance: Hydraulic System: Change the hydraulic oil and clean the filter element every 3-6 months.
Electrical System: Check the motor and wiring every six months and tighten the terminals. Mechanical Components: Check the hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, and seals every year and replace worn parts promptly. Lubrication Management: Use dedicated grease or lubricating oil; avoid mixing different types. Lubricate lubrication points regularly to prevent dry friction of components. IV. Safety and Emergency Response
Safe Operation: Non-professionals are prohibited from operating the equipment. Unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited. Do not put your hands into the packing chamber or the bag outlet while the equipment is running.
Do not repair or replace parts while the equipment is running.

Emergency Handling: In case of oil leaks, electrical leaks, abnormal noises, or other abnormalities, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power supply. If the hydraulic system malfunctions, do not attempt to disassemble it yourself; contact a professional maintenance technician. Conduct regular emergency drills and familiarize yourself with the location and operation of the emergency stop button.
Nick -produced waste paper balers can compress all kinds of cardboard boxes, waste paper, waste plastic, carton and other compressed packaging to reduce the cost of transportation and smelting.
