With the increase in environmental awareness, waste recycling has become a state-supported undertaking. As a common recycling project, waste paper recycling is generally equipped with hydraulic balers. So how to install the waste paper box hydraulic baler? What are the steps?
1. Host installation
1.1 Before installing the main engine, it is necessary to determine the installation position of the main engine and mark the center position of the main engine in two directions (the discharge direction and the feeding hopper), and ensure that the size of the far end of the conveying pit to the center line of the main engine is 11000mm in the foundation diagram, and mark the main engine and the main machine. After conveying the center line of the pit (the two lines must be vertical), install the main engine in place.
1.2 Material box installation: After the platform is installed in place, the material box is hoisted. Note that the opening is in the direction of the delivery pit.
1.3 Conveyor installation
Unfold the threader mechanism and fix it with bolts before installing the conveyor. Balance the lifting conveyor into the pit, so that the tail of the conveyor is about 750mm from the side of the pit, and the side is about 605mm. Install the conveyor front support.
Note: When lifting, pay attention to the position of the rope, so that the horizontal end of the conveyor belt is horizontal, and at the same time, the place where the steel wire rope contacts the conveyor belt guard should be supported to prevent the guard from deforming.
1.4 After the conveyor is leveled, repair the pit slab. Backfill with cement all around.
1.5 On-site welding and sealing plate (including the junction of pit plate and conveyor frame, conveyor front end and hopper)
1.6 After all parts are installed and adjusted in place, the main engine, conveying support, wire frame and cooling motor bottom plate are fixed with expansion bolts;
2. Equipment debugging
2.1 Check that all solenoid coils are positioned and wired correctly.
2.2 Check that all travel switch positions and wiring are correct.
2.3 Check whether all wiring is loose.
2.4 Loosen all relief valve handles
2.5 Check whether the solenoid valve is energized correctly according to the rhythm table.
2.6 When starting the machine for the first time, pay attention to jog all the motors such as the oil pump motor and the village pump motor to determine whether their running direction is the same as the direction shown by the arrow (see the sign beside each motor) or the specified direction. If it is the opposite, it must be carried out by a professional electrician. Adjustment.
2.7 Relief valve pressure adjustment
First start the motor to make the pump run. Adjust the pressure everywhere according to the hydraulic principle. The adjustment method is to make the electromagnetic overflow valve energized or use an electric welding rod to withstand the electromagnet core, and rotate the adjustment handle of the overflow valve to make the pressure reach the specified value. (Rotate the handle clockwise to increase pressure: counterclockwise to decrease pressure).
Note: Users only need to fine-tune the adjustment in the future, only allow to rotate about 15 each time, observe the indication of the pressure gauge and then adjust.
2.8 Debugging should be done in manual state. After all system parameters and mechanical parts are adjusted, baling machine can be done in manual state.
