2. Use special cleaning oil with low viscosity. When cleaning, add the oil to the oil tank of the hydraulic baler and heat it to 50-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Start the hydraulic pump and let it work empty. During the cleaning process, the pipe should be tapped gently to remove the attachments. Clean the oil filter for 20 minutes to check the contamination status of the oil filter, clean the filter screen, and then clean it again. A lot of pollutants stopped.
4. For more complex hydraulic systems, each area can be cleaned according to the operating area. It can also be connected to a hydraulic cylinder to allow the hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate for system cleaning.
5. After cleaning, drain the cleaning oil as much as possible, and clean the inside of the fuel tank. Then remove the temporary cleaning line, restore the hydraulic baler system to normal working condition, and add regular hydraulic oil.
