Recently, our technical service team traveled to Surabaya, Indonesia, and successfully completed the on-site installation, commissioning, and delivery of a automatic plastic bottle baling machine.
The client for this project is a large local recycling enterprise. Their existing old baling equipment suffered from issues such as loose baling, low capacity, and high transportation costs, which severely hindered their business development. Upon arriving on-site, our engineers first completed basic installation tasks, including equipment foundation calibration, hydraulic pipeline layout, and electrical system wiring. Taking into account the high temperature and high humidity of the local Indonesian climate, we specifically optimized the equipment’s heat dissipation system and sealing components to ensure long-term operation. After the equipment commissioning was completed, our technicians conducted a three-day systematic training for the client’s front-line employees, covering equipment operation, parameter adjustment, daily, and common troubleshooting.
Currently, the equipment has been officially put into operation. The density of the baled finished products has significantly improved, and the loading capacity per container has markedly, helping the client reduce logistics costs by nearly 25%. At the same time, the automated operation mode has reduced labor input by 60%, and the daily PET bottle processing capacity can reach 12 tons. The efficient and stable performance of the equipment, combined with professional on-site services, has won full recognition from the Indonesian client, a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation between the two parties.
