Recently, our technical team traveled to Pakistan to complete the on-site installation, commissioning, and training for the NKB280 straw baler, which has now been successfully put into operation. The NKB280 is a heavy-duty hydraulic bagging baler specifically developed for agricultural straw and is compatible with a wide range of forage materials.
Equipped with an automated PLC control system, the NKB280 straw baler handles the entire process—feeding, compression, bagging, and bale discharge—automatically. It achieves high-density baling, with each bale weighing between 400 and 500 kg. The machine is well-suited for processing materials such as long wheat straw, shredded hay, and rice straw, offering high processing capacity and the ability to operate continuously for extended periods.
Taking local straw conditions in Pakistan into account, our engineers fine-tuned parameters such as hydraulic pressure and feed rate, ensuring a successful trial run with actual materials. Furthermore, they provided comprehensive training to local operators, covering the NKB280’s operational procedures, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting techniques. With its stable and reliable performance, the NKB280 straw baler effectively assists the client in the resource-efficient processing of straw and enhances the overall efficiency of forage handling.
