To help improve the quality and efficiency of Pakistan’s agriculture and animal husbandry, our technical team traveled to Punjab Province to complete the installation and of an alfalfa baler.
Punjab Province in Pakistan has a developed agriculture and animal husbandry sector, where alfalfa is a core livestock feed. However, the traditional manual baling method inefficient, resulting in loose bales that are prone to moisture and mold, leading to high storage losses. Addressing the customer’s pain points, our team completed the integrated installation of entire machine, conveying equipment, and pressing mechanism. Considering the high local humidity, we repeatedly adjusted core parameters such as equipment pressure and pressure maintenance to create a baling solution tailored to characteristics of local forage. On-site, we simultaneously conducted practical training, explaining useful skills such as film replacement, overall machine maintenance, and wear part replacement.
Since the equipment into production, the alfalfa bales have been uniformly shaped, with a stable single-bale weight of 50-55 kg and excellent sealing performance, effectively extending the forage cycle. The baling efficiency has increased threefold compared to traditional methods, not only solving the feed storage problem but also significantly reducing ranch operating costs. The customer stated that the equipment perfectly meets production needs and is an excellent choice for the large-scale development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
